forza 4 server issue

everytime i try to buy something or bid on a car. i keep getting a server message.

the forza motorsport 4 server is not available at this time. please try again later.

it was doing the same thing to me last night right after i got the game. to fix it i just uploaded a photo to my store front

I'm getting the same problem. I just posted an auction up on the auction house and then I could know longer access the storefront or auction house. I think it might be Turn 10s new banning method.

Check your news feed to make sure you dont have a message from turn 10 saying your flagged for modding/cheating.

A few friends of mine all got the message saying their flagged and cant use store front/auction house and parts of online play.
