GTA V RGH X360 Save Editor

Hey guys I used X360 saveeditor on my save file.I have all DLC installed and have a banned console so I can?t go online.I only use GTA V offline.So I added some cars to y characters garage and then I saved and rehashed and resigned using horizon but when I open the game the only car I can see is turbo r and the rest I can?t see.I have tried two different dlc sources and have unlocked them.Currentl I?m using the DLC provided by Se7ensins.Ill link the post for reference.I only have TU 27 as far as Ive been told I only need the latest TU and not all the TU

I think it's 1.27/TU27 or 1.28/TU28
