I've already seen Cybersam's SO4 Editor and everything works great but it's just I've been longing to see something;
Plus there was a item database from him and for an odd reason the MSE v1.0.5 link is dead so I cannot use this items database.

Kindly ask, is there a simple way for me to edit this on hex? Or if anyone willing to complete this on behalf of majority of people who are playing this game lol
