Hey Sephiroth! I have a small text file with weapon IDs for the weapons that have Weapon Arts. I can upload it if you'd like to have it on your editor.

Meh, no need since the most arts getting reset after few battles with different weapons.

I used this tool and moded Emma to Hinna, then at disc2 keep freezing at one battle which need to fight with her.

I downloaded your editor and it works great, really enjoying another stroll thru last remnant as its been
years since my last playthrough. I do have a question though, trying to do the sidequest titled "assistant"
and after turning in the required items the game doesn't proceed. It just keeps playing like your standing
idle, it wont freeze or anything, it just wont continue. My question is, can i just edit something that flags that very specific quest as complete?

It's because you have checked the checkbox of Infinte Components :)

Start the tool, and load your save.
Go to "main" tab.
Below inventory, change the value of components to 99.
When you've completed the "assistant" sidequest, you can change the components value back to 255 == infinte or enable the infinite components :)

When I try just adding max money and upgrade materials the game will freeze when I purchase an item and try to equip it

it freezes then i equip weapons
