Dragons Dogma Dark Arisen Save Editor Help

Hello, I'm having trouble and very confused about the Dragons Dogma Save Editor Tool by PUR3 RAF3X. I know how to open a game save, but I do not know how to edit it. This is my first time with a Save Editor so I'm kinda of a noob about doing this stuff. Can anybody help me out and explain to me how to edit stuff and add things to my save?
