Yep, or get someone to do it for you, but they would need to be on your PSN on their PS3 to do so.

It only works with the vanilla client, they haven't been able to get a FULLY working editor for PS3/Xbox 360 for the Ultimate Evil edition.
They are working on it though.
Just do as most of us do, be patient.

*Edit* I highly doubt that they are going to be able to edit any PS4/Xbox One saves, though.
