Have Gems in your inventory and apply effects as you would to equipment (in the editor).

how do i get them from there into my char's inventory (or stash)?

So I haven't really dealt with the update yet. Or rather, I did update my game, and lost most of the mods. I still have some weapons with that register dealing like 39865743924 damage per hit lol. I'll get the actual number when I go home. I also have armor that still has like 12 affixes on it. Though, I suppose multi affix affixes would answer that. I haven't looked too much into yet, but I have some time on my hands that I'll be devoting to figuring out what could be done.
