yep just confirmed this new patch kills all weapon/item mods hell it even took 85 levels off my paragon level . this is the patch that syncs your toon with their servers so you can transfer them to the next gen consoles .. i wish they would stop fixing what is not broken!!!!!

I have my ps3 offline. So i didn't patch the game yet.

Any idea to avoid "the reset" of our toons???

Gold i think will remains.
Paragon should have a limit considering the hours played.

yes have a backup of your toons on a flash drive and play the new game on the old consoles!! FU blizzard lol we want our mods in the old game and in the new !!!!!!

I downloaded this new patch today. I haven't play the game for a long time but today was the day that i came back and it seems the patch cleared a lot of my progress. Yet, in my inventory chest there was this ring with 3 sockets on it that i decided to put some emeralds on it and I am doing crazy damage. Will this ring get transfer for ROS when i comes out?

And the idea of keeping items in the inventory seems a good alternative.

I don't have a backup. Has anyone tried to add mods after patch? I lost my impressive toon......from 17M damage down to 121k ......this is awful.....last time I corrrupted my save it reset my profile so I had to redo all modes. It is so boring that I can't play for more than an hour at a time.....I have just started hell act 4 master 5.....it takes forever to kill anything.

i didnt try to mod cause it took mods off the toon i loaded,however when i equipped a modded sword from the chest,it froze my game.so shut off then back on and removed patch.the toon still had its modded gear.

hi guys, i just want to know if i am able to skip modes (normal.nightmare,hell,inferno) with the save editor?
