I too have interest in this effect ID. The ones listed in the editor I think are for Witch Doctors. I haven't come across the ID for Wizard Arcane Regen. I'll keep my eyes open though.

Speaking of Effect ID's, there are lists but I think most of them are already in the editor. I have not yet hit the point of getting overtly technical and adding each effect in the editor that does not yet ( at least for me ) have a corresponding value-to-text to an individual item and seeing what it does. I think thats what will unfortunately have to end up happening unless we can share our own databases and combine them.

I found this, not exactly what I wanted but it might just be good enough..

F1 70 07 AD 100% Crit Damage
2D 43 86 FE 10 Arcane on criticals

Thanks for your response, just saw it. I have played a lot since my issue and neither suggestion has made a difference. I still get "no diablo 2 saves on this device" when loading from device. The directory tells me that there is no PARAM.PFD, please load a valid directory. I cant even use horizon or other methods to exract my heroes/saves and mod them as i get a stfs error or something. Thanks for the attempt though...

Are you choosing "load from device" from the file menu?, You need to use "Load directory" then point to your flashdrive PS3\SAVEDATA\????Autosave.

What ChaoticDemon said. But, theres always just dragging and dropping the PS3 SAVEDATA folder in its entirety into the editor. That should get the character information to read on the editor.
