Fixing the bytes is someone only Idle and the people making the editor know how to do. I hope it stays that way because we don't need people running around with 1000% attack speed.

Run Speed caps out at 25%.

Well, actually I've seen ps3 users modded their movement speed up to 400%. Also with magic find and gold find but apparently, the legendary stuff are not affected by the magic find. I am not sure it's been capped or not but the gold find works very well.

The mod is done in the eboot. Xbox is different.
