WWE 13 Self CAW Help

Can anybody possibly use a picture of me and make it so I can use it in WWE 13?

Are you talking about creating a paint tool type texture, modding an in game model, giving your CAW a render or creating a complete CAW from the picture? I can make a paint tool texture but someone with a jtag would have to fix the file for you. I can convert your picture into a ready to use render but others may be better at it. Hex editing I can not help you with. As for creating a CAW I can get you to a pretty good start but again others may be better.
