Hex Values

I have read the "Please READ Before Making a Request" post and I cant do most of the things it is asking. So with that being said...
I was wondering if anyone could find the hex values for blocks and items in the indie game Total Miner:Forge. I know it is an indie game but people still play the game a lot. You use to be able to mod it but the developer added "Anti mod increments" into the game and I have not been able to find a way around them... If this post is in the wrong section or is formatted wrong I am sorry. I am still new and getting use to these forums.

No, it's in the right section. We still need a save to look at though.

What sort of "anti modding" did the developer do? Do you know any more details than that?

I could not figure out what he did, all I know is he said in the development log that he added anti mod increments into the game.
I have a save I think I can put up here but I can't upload it yet as I need to get home first.
