Hey guys, I got a couple of requests to do this tutorial, so here it is :D
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
HOW TO MOD YOUR APPEARANCE:Code:Jtag or RGH with the xbdm plugin setup Peek Poker
APPEARANCE ID's:Code:1. Turn on your Jtag/RGH 2. Open up Peek Poker 3. In the "IP Address" Bar put in your Jtag/RGH's IP Address and press Connect 4. Start Phantasy Star Universe 5. Load up your Story Mode or Extra Mode save 6. While in-game (not in a cutscene), Use Peek&Poke and go to Address "0x40224C28" (Length 24) and press "Peek" 7. View the attached image to see how Appearance is setup 8. Mod what Appearance you want and press "Poke" 9. In-game, go through a loading screen (change to a different area) If all goes well you should see the changes after loading into the new area.
EXTRA APPEARANCE MODDING:Code:
Code:1. Peek at Address "0x40224C20" (Length 3) 2. First Byte = RACE (00-Human, 01-Newman, 02-CAST, 03-Beast) 3. Second Byte = Gender (00-Male, 01-Female) 4. Third Byte = Guardian Type (00-Hunter, 01-Ranger, 02-Force, etc.) 5. Go through a loading screen (change to a different area)

Character change should be right on the spot, no need to change area. if I remember correctly, name change should be a few bytes above

The visual Offset is further down (that will mod the Appearance instantly). But it will NOT stick when you change areas. The one I mentioned in the Tutorial will NOT change the Appearance instantly, but it will stick.
