You extracted the wrong file, thats the directory name. double click that and you'll find what he means by a file named "DD_SAVEDATA_00" My issue however is that I'm getting that param. error with what I can only guess is the newest version. I've got 2.1 downloaded from this thread and I'm fairly sure i have .net framwork because I've got the editor for Tales of Vesperia which uses it. I was reading through the thread also, though it wouldn't make much sense if the fixed version is the one I have though.

use horizon its works way better
when you look on the usb the file you need will be right there
all you do is click on dragons dogma and DD_savedata is right there

I got Horizon and pulling the right file but I keep getting this error:

Path cannot be null.
Parameter name: path

how do i even use this editor?

extract your main save file, not the file IN the file, and open it in the editor, the info inside is pretty cut and dry, if you need info on details, check out the tutorial forum for the DD thread.

Still a no go.

But I did think of something atleast partly helpful this time.





As these show I'm pulling the right file and the problem I'm having with the editor. I steal cant figure out whats up with it not opening the file though.

hmmm I see...You got the latest .Net frameworks and such? Also is your editor extracted with the file structure intact?
