Just search for "Storage" (without "") and you'll see your Inn Storage Items.

Well you could just change the item level to 67

yes there is you need the item Art of Metamorphosis, you can buy it with 5000 Rift crystals, from a pawn in the encampment near the rift stone, here is a youtube video to show you better:

i thought that you can only change some things at the barbershop(never been to the barbershop lol), the item lets you change your entire character and main pawn, like height and weight, etc.

u get 4 choices

Basic Styling - 500g (hair,brows,facial hair style)
Standard Makeover - 800g (hair,brows,facial hair style & color)
Full Detailing - 1000g (hair,brows,facial hair style/color also makeup & eyecolor)
Royal Treatment - 3000g (hair,brows,facial hair style/color also makeup & eyecolor / skin tone & voice)

u can change ur main pawn too but no height & weight :(
